Cook, Laugh, Eat! This delicious three course Mediterranean menu has the seasonal produce everyone loves in Summer! Class incorporates essential techniques; knife skills, making a vinaigrette, cake baking, braising, steaming and lots of chef tips to make your time in the kitchen easier and enjoyable. Class includes an appetizer and beverage upon arrival, two hours of hands-on instruction, followed by dinner. BYOB. Registration online only, by August 5.
