Proper knife skills will make your time in the kitchen easier and more enjoyable. Chef Alice will teach you how to safely use, store, and care for one of the most important tools in your kitchen. We’ll incorporate a variety of frequently-used knife cuts to create a healthy and incredibly flavorful Grilled Chicken Fattoush, a Lebanese salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, herbs and toasted pita in a pomegranate dressing, and a vanilla and mint-macerated pineapple carpaccio to be enjoyed at the end of class.
