Kids will enjoy making these, as much as they will eating them! We’ll fill prepare pot stickers with a soy-sesame dipping sauce. and healthy chicken sates served in lettuce leaves with peanut sauce or Hoisin barbeque sauce; think Asian taco! Skills and Techniques: Introduction to knife skills, marinating, pan steaming,peeling, grating, whisking, stirring, sauce making, filling and folding dumplings, washing and drying lettuce,the importance of being prepared, cleaning as you go, how to set a table and so much more!, Class includes a snack and beverage upon arrival, and a light meal consisting of their class creations!
