Public Chef Alice's Cooking Classes

Cooking classes are a fun activity for your Fort Lauderdale vacation, special occasion, date night or team builder. Classes emphasize healthy cooking, essential techniques, knife skills, and chef tips to last a lifetime!  Chef Alice Cooking Classes last approximately 2.5 hours, include a snack and beverage to enjoy while we cook, class recipes, prep and shopping list. Cook, Laugh, Eat!

Private Events

With a private class and meal, select the cuisine and a customized menu is crafted. Classes last two hours or a bit longer, followed by a sit-down meal. A unique and memorable way to celebrate a birthday, bachelorette, date night, team builder or other fun occasion.  Cook, Laugh. Eat!

Catering

Drop Off Catering

A terrific option for small events up to twenty-five guests, that don’t require service, staff, rentals, or an on-site chef. Choose from one of our our carefully crafted menus, or allow us to create a customized menu. We happily accommodate all dietary preferences!

Mother’s Day Gift: Mediterranean Class
Hi Alice!
Thank you for an absolutely wonderful cooking class and lunch, and especially for putting up with me and my crazy sister! The other people in the class were so much fun. This was hands-down my best Mother’s Day gift, and I immediately called Lindy and Jim to tell them all about it. I am so glad we chose Mediterranean. Deanna and I are going to recreate the class menu this weekend. Best of luck with your upcoming move to sunny Florida. The Poconos will sorely miss you!
